Hashira, or Pillars, are the highest-ranking members in the Demon Slayer Corps hierarchy in the anime series KIMETSU NO YAIBA: DEMON SLAYER. They are the strongest and most experienced demon slayers.
And each Hashira possesses different powers according to the natural elements they control.

Giyu Tomioka is the Water Hashira, known for his Water Breathing technique. He is one of the strongest Demon Slayers and is often found helping the main character, Tanjiro Kamado. Giyu has a calm and reserved personality.
Shinobu Kocho is the Insect Hashira, known for her Insect Breathing technique. She is a gentle woman. She is known for her ability to use poison.
Kyojuro Rengoku is the Flame Hashira, known for his Flame Breathing technique. He is a very enthusiastic Demon Slayer and loves to eat. Unfortunately, Rengoku died while fighting against the demon Akaza.
Tengen Uzui is the Sound Hashira, known for his Sound Breathing technique. He is very physically strong and has incredible speed. Unfortunately, he had to retire after losing his left eye and left hand while facing Daki and Gyutaro.
Muichiro Tokito, also known as the Mist Hashira and the youngest Hashira, is 14 years old. Tokito lost his life in battle against Kokushibo.

Obanai Iguro is the Snake Hashira, known for his Snake Breathing technique, which allows him to control snakes and use them in battles. He has feelings for Mitsuri Kanroji.
Sanemi Shinazugawa is the Wind Hashira, known for his Wind Breathing technique. Sanemi is known as one of the strong Hashira.
Mitsuri Kanroji is the Love Hashira, known for her self-created Love Breathing technique, based on the Flame Breathing technique.
