9 Years of Marriage, Harmonious Portraits of Bella Saphira & Her Husband, a TNI General - Celebrating the Anniversary Simply

Bella Saphira officially married Lieutenant General Agus Surya Bakti on August 30, 2013. Bella Saphira, who has been working in the entertainment industry for years, admitted that she was initially shocked to become the wife of a TNI General.

"Actually, the shock was more of confusion. Mentally and psychologically, I was actually stronger. In other aspects, I didn't try to become someone else. So, I carried myself like this. So, if there are organizational rules and regulations, I followed them very closely," she said.

"In the military, even though the husband is in the military, the wife also follows the husband's commands. The husband has superiors and seniors, so we follow everything. Even though we're not in the military, we still have to follow. I go through it with sincerity," she added.

However, Bella Saphira did not find it difficult to adapt or adjust as the wife of a TNI General.

"There are no difficulties, but I try to adjust. I adapt more when entering an environment. So I don't force them to understand me. Instead, I have to understand them," she said.

Recently, Bella Saphira and her beloved husband went on a vacation to Turkey for three weeks. The vacation felt special for Bella Saphira and her husband. After two years, Bella Saphira finally went on a vacation again with her beloved husband.

"In May until June, we just went on a vacation, 3 weeks. For 2.5 years, we didn't go anywhere. So it was a blessing from my husband, finally let's go to Turkey. My way of traveling is different, it's not hedonistic, I always look for historical places. When I'm with my husband, I look for places that have spirituality, so we combine those," she said.

Not long after returning from Turkey, Bella Saphira and her husband celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary. The anniversary celebration was quite simple, just having dinner with her husband and children at home.

"Our anniversary was there and we had dinner with the kids, we didn't even blow out candles. It's also our birthday month, I just had my birthday, my husband's birthday is in the same month, and then our anniversary. So we don't have any more celebrations, just eating," she said.

"Originally, we planned to reflect on our marriage, how it has been, you know, if there are any arguments, we usually reflect on ourselves, including self-reflection. So we just had dinner and took a walk at the HI Roundabout at night. I am very proud of Jakarta. Let's just record the atmosphere," she concluded.
