A Series of Celebrity Children Join Together to Save Children's Songs Through 'LAGU ANAK BINTANG (VOL.1)'

Kapanlagi.com - Continuing the mission of #savelaguanak, GMI Records and KFC Indonesia collaborate to release an album titled LAGU ANAK BINTANG (VOL.1) (Children's Star Songs, Vol.1). In this album, a number of famous artists' children gather together to perform different songs. There are a total of 10 songs included in the LAGU ANAK BINTANG (VOL.1) album.

Donnie Sibarani, along with his child Kent, sings a song titled Burung Hantu (Owl). Additionally, there is also the presence of Amora (Krisdayanti's child), Nala (Mona Ratuliu's child), Jamme (Rio Febrian's child), Naia (Tike's child), Megumi & Miskha (Desta's children), Raina & Rakana (Irfan Hakim's children), and Azahbel (Enda's child) who are involved in this album.

Irwan 'Opung' Simanjuntak, who was appointed as the music producer, successfully transforms the children's songs in the LAGU ANAK BINTANG (VOL.1) album into something fresh, funny, and contemporary.

1. New and Old Song Combination

The song titled Budaya Beberes sung by Nala, Jamme, Raina, and Rakana Hakin will be chosen as their debut single. This single, created by Epoy Barok, depicts the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic that has been affecting throughout the year 2020.

Budaya Beberes carries a message for all of us to always maintain our health by practicing a clean and healthy lifestyle from an early age.

Other songs included in the album LAGU ANAK BINTANG (VOL.1) are Aku Bisa (written by Seli Pontoh) and Aku Sayang Semuanya (written by Sandhy Sondoro). Furthermore, this album brings back popular children's songs that are still loved by children today, such as Ambilkan Bulan (written by A.T. Mahmud), Terima Kasih Guruku (written by Melly Goeslaw), Burung Hantu, Bintang Kecil (written by R.G. Daljono Hadisudibyo), Naik-Naik ke Puncak Gunung (written by Ibu Sud), Andai Aku Punya Sayap (written by Ate Mamat), and Abang Tukang Bakso (written by Mamo Agil).

2. Children Start Listening to Songs That Are Too Mature

Tike Priatnakusuma, who is also involved in this album, feels so happy when she and her child are invited to join the #savelaguanak campaign. According to her, nowadays many children start listening to songs that are not suitable for their age.

"We, the people involved in the art world, are gathered and united in this album, but not the parents. We are asked to save children's songs because children these days often sing adult songs. So we are happy to collaborate because we want our children to sing songs appropriate for their age," said Tike Priatnakusuma.
