The trial was held at the Bekasi District Court on Wednesday (29/12) with a mediation agenda. Triyogo's lawyer, Jamaludin, stated that his client did not attend the trial due to illness.
"The result is still the mediator requesting the presence of Mr. Triyogo, but I would like to inform you again that he is currently undergoing outpatient treatment, so he cannot attend today," said Jamaludin after the trial at the Bekasi District Court, Bekasi City, West Java on Wednesday (29/12/2021).
Previously, during the initial stage of the trial regarding the discussion of the child's origin, father Rezky Aditya was also not seen attending the trial. At that time, the lawyer stated that Triyogo Drajatmoko was busy as the reason for his absence from the trial.

Jamaludin said that Triyogo is currently experiencing joint pain. Jamaludin even showed some medicine from Triyogo related to his illness.
"From what I saw, there is a problem with his joints, he showed me some medicine that he takes for treatment. I have an opinion because physically I can see that he is not in good health and still undergoing treatment," he said.

Meanwhile, in the same place, Tiara is disappointed with Rezky Aditya's father for not attending the trial. According to Tiara, Triyogo's reason for being sick is unreasonable. It is known that Triyogo has a disease and regularly takes medicine.
"I'm still waiting because Mr. Triyogo and his wife must be present. Because of his illness, Mr. Triyogo has to take medicine. But when we were still together, Mr. Triyogo also took medicine every day because he had diabetes, so he was also sick," said Tiara.
"Yes, I am disappointed, but I am fighting for my child, Alifah. So I don't mind coming here as long as it's for my child," Tiara added.

Tiara also mentioned that Triyogo's excuse for being sick was very inappropriate. Because, last October, Rezky Aditya's father-in-law could still go on vacation to Bali.
"Actually, it's not appropriate because he was still able to go on vacation to Bali, but he couldn't make it to the court. Even though his house is close to Bekasi, it only takes half an hour to get here. During his birthday in October, Mr. Triyogo was still in Bali," Tiara concluded.

Now, Tiara is trying to demand accountability from Triyogo, considering that their child is growing up. Feeling ignored, she decided to take this case to the legal route with accusations of child neglect.

Furthermore, it is stated that DNA testing is one method to prove that Tiara's child, Alifa Mutia Trijoyo, is the biological child of Rezy Aditya in the trial.
"So this case is indeed based on the material provisions of the Constitutional Court in Article 43 paragraph 1, to be able to prove that a child born out of wedlock, one of the methods taken is the approach of science or technology, which is commonly done, namely DNA testing," said Akhmad Nurul Khakam, Tiara's legal representative.
"That we have included DNA testing in our lawsuit, regarding our hope that this case can be resolved through mediation, that is our hope. Let everything be revealed. However, we do not know what the legal facts of the case will be like," he added.
