Absent from the First Divorce Hearing, Jonathan Frizzy Hospitalized

Kapanlagi.com - The first divorce trial of actor Jonathan Frizzy, also known as Ijonk, and his wife, Dhena Devanka, was held at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (16/9/2021). The mediation agenda of the trial was attended by neither Ijonk nor Dhena Devanka.

Both of them were represented by their respective lawyers. Ijonk's lawyer, Sinarta Bangun, stated that his client did not attend the trial due to illness.

1. Go to the Hospital

"According to our first mediation. On the way, Ijonk was supposed to come. But he had to take action to the hospital. Still carrying out according to applicable law. He said he was sick and undergoing treatment. There is a courier delivering a letter," said Sinarta Bangun at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (16/9/2021).

Because mediation must be conducted, the next hearing will be continued on September 23. The agenda is still the same, which is the media for both parties.

2. Rescheduled

"Rescheduled, hopefully your client on the 23rd. Because the principal is absent, and I don't see the defendant. But according to the principle, the principal must be present. Not out of disrespect but because of the situation, there is a doctor's letter," he said.

As legal counsel, Sinarta Bangun hopes that Ijonk and his wife, Dhena Devanka, will still maintain their household. "Seeing their child, he wants to maintain it. Hopefully, it will be preserved. His principle of marriage is not only Ijonk and Dhena, but also the family," concluded Sinarta Bangun.
