So we made a report regarding the circulation of lewd videos allegedly resembling one of the Indonesian artists (Gisella Anastasia), related to pornography and pornographic actions.

"We reported five accounts, a mixture of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others. The suspects are still kept confidential as they are still being further investigated by the investigators," she said when met by the media at the Metro Jaya Police, Sunday (8/11).

1. Reasons for Reporting to the Police

Prita revealed that the reason for reporting those five social media accounts was because the circulated video was deemed disturbing, especially for underage children.

"The reason is because the distribution of the explicit video is disturbing the Indonesian society, especially children, as it has become public consumption. What is concerning here is the Indonesian society, especially children and students. Because they are currently undergoing online education, there is a fear that they may access the explicit video on social media," she explained.

2. Requesting the Investigator to Summon Gisel

Furthermore, Prita also requested the investigator to summon Gisel. She wants to completely eradicate the circulation of the controversial hot video.

"If the allegations are true, please provide appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with the ITE Law and Pornography Law. However, I am currently focused on addressing the distribution first. Later, in the course of the investigation, the suspected individual should be summoned to prove the allegations made by the public. If it is indeed one of the Indonesian artists, then they should be summoned. Because there is a legal process for those who record and store, whether it is their own personal content or pornography, it should not be stored or used as our personal collection. Why? Because if we neglect it, it will eventually become public consumption and the ones harmed will be millions of Indonesian people, especially children," she concluded.
