Accused by Ex-Wife of Having Sexual Deviation, Here's Ayah Taqy Malik's Defense

Marlina accused Father Taqy Malik of having a sexual orientation deviation. The accusation immediately disturbed Father Taqy Malik and he appointed a lawyer to resolve the issue.

"Father Taqy Malik's life is disturbed by the circulating news," said Mansyardin Malik's legal counsel, Halim Darmawan, when met in Tangerang on Monday (13/9/2021).

1. Denial of Sexual Deviation Accusations

Through Halim Darmawan, Mansyardin denied Marlina's accusation of him having sexual deviations.

"I asked (Mansyardin), there's a news about sexual deviation. He said it's not true. Taqy Malik's father has descendants, his ex-wife also has descendants. Where did the deviant sex come from?" said Halim.

Being 'attacked' by Marlina Octoria, Halim said Taqy Malik's father did not expect and regretted his ex-wife's statement. Because at the beginning of their marriage, Mansyardin actually wanted to uplift Marlina's status who used to work as a magazine model.

"It's very regrettable that he wanted to uplift his wife's status to the right path," he said.

2. The Actual Reason for the Divorce

However, divorce was inevitable. But according to Halim, their second divorce was not due to sexual deviations, but because there was no longer compatibility.

"Apparently their life is no longer as it should be in a marriage, his ex-wife put a lot of pressure and talked about material things, so there is no more compatibility," said Halim.

Mansyardin Malik and Marlina had a religious wedding in July 2021. Then on September 6, 2021, Taqy Malik's father divorced Marlina.

3. Unusual Husband and Wife Relationship

Meanwhile, Marlina said that the problem in the bedroom was the reason she divorced Taqy Malik's father. She admitted that she often received mistreatment during sexual intercourse.

Taqy Malik's father, according to Marlina, often asked to have husband and wife relations in an unusual way, namely anal sex.

"I've already said that I don't want to. But he said that in religion, some opinions allow and prohibit it. He forced me to do it," said Marlina Octoria in Senopati, South Jakarta, on Sunday (12/9).
