Accused of Evicting Wife and Mother-in-Law from Home, Rizal Djibran Speaks Out

"My client did not evict them. The chronology was that Rizal was going to Malang for his PhD studies," said Mila Dewatasari in Tebet, South Jakarta, on Monday (20/2/2023).

"In Malang, it's supposed to be a long stay, so Rizal conveyed to Sarah and his mother, 'Mom, I will be in Malang for a long time. So I will lock the house. And the house key will be entrusted to the maid,'" Mila added.

Not just empty talk, Rizal has CCTV evidence, so he emphasizes that there was no eviction as claimed by Sarah.

"So in my opinion, it's not an eviction. Because there is also evidence from the CCTV," said Mila.

However, Rizal's side admits that at the time of the incident, his relationship with Sarah was not in good condition. They often quarreled and it had happened since the early days of their marriage.

"Still, but already quarreling. Since the beginning of the marriage, there has been conflict. Even before the marriage, there was already conflict," Mila concluded.

Previously, Rizal Djibran, the action actor, was reported by his wife to the police for alleged domestic violence and often forced to have deviant sexual intercourse.

Through his attorney, Rizal has denied all the allegations directed at him. However, Rizal is still waiting for the progress of the legal process carried out by Sarah at the Jakarta Metro Police related to domestic violence.
