Acting with Adinda Azani in the Soap Opera Rumah Bidadari, Lavicky Nicholas Does Not Hold Hands

Adinda Azani said that this is not the first time she has acted in a religious-themed soap opera. However, the role of Salwa here is very different from the soap operas she has played before.

"Now she is flat and has her own thoughts. This character is unique, she has things in her mind. So, I have to guess what Salwa's thoughts are like," said Adina Azani in a virtual press conference on Wednesday (28/4/2021).

1. Not Easy

For Adinda Azani, starring in religious soap operas is not easy. Because, there are rules that must be understood so that viewers don't misinterpret her acting here.

"Afraid of deviating, but there is a script. Just follow the character's intro. So, I have to maintain the character, just follow Salwa's character and just wait for surprises," she said.

2. Difficulty Experienced

The same goes for Adina Azani's co-star, Lavicky Nicholas. He also feels difficulty playing the character Rafathar in the soap opera Rumah Bidadari. Moreover, this is Lavicky Nicholas' first soap opera with a religious theme.

"For me personally, this is the first time I have difficulty, especially in scenes with my co-star. Moreover, she is a pious woman. So, we don't hold hands, there are some movements that are slightly restrained to perform those scenes," said Lavicky Nicholas.

Rumah Bidadari is one of SCTV's flagship soap operas that airs during the holy month of Ramadan at 04:30 AM. In addition to Adinda Azandi and Lavicky Nicholas, there are several artists involved in the soap opera Rumah Bidadari, such as Deddy Mizwar, Tora Sudiro, Gerald Abdullah, Sakurta Ginting.
