Actor JA Reported by His Own Girlfriend After Assaulting Her Until Bruised

An actor with the initials JA has been reported to the authorities for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Aprilia Diah Permatasari, commonly known as Avril. Accompanied by her legal counsel, Fikri Wijaya, Avril went to the East Jakarta Metro Police to seek justice for the abusive treatment she experienced.

Avril's report has been officially recorded at the police station with registration number LP/B/512/II/2026/SPKT/Polres Metro Jakarta Timur/Polda Metro Jaya. Fikri Wijaya stated that before deciding to take legal action, his client had attempted to communicate with the reported party. Unfortunately, this good intention was not met positively and seemed to be dismissed.

"Today, I am accompanying my client named Avril. In this matter, we are coordinating regarding the alleged criminal act of assault committed by what is supposedly a soap opera artist," said Fikri Wijaya at the East Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday (12/2/2026).

1. Less Cooperative Communication Efforts

Fikri added that the communication efforts made through text messages to the JA manager were met with less cooperative behavior. The defiant attitude shown by the reported party further strengthened Avril's resolve to bring this case to the legal realm.

"Before we coordinated with the police, we had already sent a message via WhatsApp directly from the victim to one of his managers, to convey perhaps he had good intentions. But it seemed like the perpetrator was challenging us," Fikri explained.

The chronology of events began with JA's change in attitude that Avril felt upon returning from the Island of the Gods. Instead of receiving a warm welcome, Avril was met with harsh treatment upon arriving at her boyfriend's residence. JA was reported to have become emotional and committed physical violence without any clear reason.

"So when I arrived, I asked him to build in, but when he met me at the Security Post, he was already emotional and immediately hit me. Like 'What are you doing?' in rough language. His face was like going down, down, down, 'Go, go, go!'. I said, 'We can talk nicely, why?'," Avril recounted with a trembling voice.

3. JA and Avril Have Been Dating for a Long Time

The romantic relationship between Avril and JA has actually been established for quite a long time, around two years. Avril describes their relationship as very intense and like a typical couple, with a routine of communication maintained every day.

"The relationship is intense. Every morning I get woken up for work, we call each other, video call, just a normal relationship. We broke up for a while in November but got back together," recalls Avril.

However, Avril suspects there is a temperamental side to JA that triggers the violence. Although she has forgiven similar incidents in the past, this time Avril feels JA's actions have gone too far and are very dangerous to her safety and mental health.

"This is the most fatal in my opinion, I have been trampled, hit, that is already the most fatal. I even have mental scars. I am still afraid to meet people," she said with teary eyes.

As a result of the alleged assault, Avril sustained bruises on several parts of her body. A medical examination has also been conducted as supporting evidence for the police report. Avril's side hopes that justice can be upheld, although they are still leaving a small opening for good faith from JA, who is reportedly busy filming a soap opera that is racing against time.

"Reportedly, he is currently stripping. We are still leaving room if he still has good intentions. But if not, we will just see later what the ending will be like," concluded Fikri Wijaya.
