"I have stopped being a DJ because I often receive disrespectful messages from guys. Some invite me to be their mistress, some ask for the price for a night. There was even one who directly offered 70 million for a night, hahaha," said Adelia Ghisel to reporters, recently.

Furthermore, the woman whose real name is Irma Maya Sofana also revealed her reasons for stepping down from the DJ and modeling world. After investigation, one of the other factors was her experience of dating a very possessive man.

She felt disturbed by the man's attitude. Moreover, when she was still a DJ, Adelia Ghisel had to be accompanied by an assistant when performing.

"At that time, I had a boyfriend who was really over-possessive and had to share my location 24 hours a day. When I had DJ events, I had to be with an assistant, I had to report everywhere I went. Even when I hung out with female friends, I had to report all the time. Basically, my life was controlled by him, and even my Instagram account was under his control," said Adelia Ghisel.

"I even broke up with him once and he took out a knife and told me to kill him. He was psychotic, and I don't know why I could tolerate him for years. Finally, two years ago, I managed to break up with him and even involved the police so that he wouldn't disturb my life, because he once broke into my house," continued Adelia.

2. Choosing Entrepreneurship

It cannot be denied, Adelia Ghisel's longing for the DJ and model world sometimes arises. She has considered returning to the DJ and model world. While contemplating the return, the owner of the Instagram account @ghisel04 is busier with entrepreneurship while being a celebrity.

"I have only lived in Bandung for two years, because I used to live in Jakarta. Since I stopped being a DJ and retired as a model, I am now focused on selling British Shorthair imported cats. I want to dive back into the modeling world, but I'm confused after stopping for so long. So it seems like I want to focus on entrepreneurship, while still being a celebrity," Adelia Ghisel concluded.
