Admitting to Never Consuming Drugs Again, Gary Iskak Explains His Health Condition

Kapanlagi.com - After being arrested by the West Java Regional Police Narcotics Unit some time ago, Gary Iskak finally responded to accusations of using drugs when arrested. Gary asserted that he had long abandoned that habit, especially after he became seriously ill.

When met in the Pesanggrahan area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday night (31/5), Gary said that he always thinks about his condition, let alone using drugs. Due to the liver disease he suffered from, Gary admitted that he had to always take care of his health.

"I have liver cirrhosis. I can't even get a little tired now, my food has to be controlled. If not, it can swell and drop," said Gary Iskak.

"My illness requires special handling so I can't get tired even a little, everything must be taken care of," he continued.

This was also reinforced by the doctor's statement who monitored his treatment process. Because if he returns to his bad habits, Gary is risking his life.

2. Threatening His Life

"His illness no longer allows him to use those items, because his life is at risk," said Gary Iskak's lawyer, Ernest Samudera in the same occasion.

In addition, when asked further about the impact of his arrest due to his drug case, Gary Iskak chose not to comment much.

3. Confused at First

"I was confused how to answer. Well, the point is that the family supports it. It means there's no need to question, maybe you can know the answer if the person is really right, how their feelings are," Gary Iskak concluded.
