Here are the latest photos of artist Adipura who is now rarely in the spotlight. He is often known for playing antagonist characters in several soap opera titles.
Long unheard of, it turns out he has now converted to Islam and delved into the religion.
In a moment, he revealed his past of wearing 'susuk'.
In the end, in the 2000s, he decided to repent and leave his 'susuk'.
That moment was the result of his wife's hope who always prayed for Adipura to leave that knowledge.
"In 2006 or 2007, I said I wanted to repent, the answer was 'I know because every night before you come home, no matter what time it is, I pray for you'," said Adipura quoted from Insertlive (17/4).
"That's why I say my wife is one of the people who made me what I am today. In between those prayers, maybe Allah granted it," he continued.
Then he said that the 'susuk' referred to was implanting the contents of the Quran in his heart.
It is now known that he is not only active as an actor, Adipura is also known as a preacher who fills many studies.
Even quoted from Detik Hot (18/4), now Adipura has become a memorizer of the Quran.
