Kapanlagi.com - Ustaz Abdul Somad (UAS) once again conveyed a message of goodness in a meaningful sermon. This time, he attended an orphan donation event organized by Dr. Ayu Widyaningrum at the Gedung Juang Raya 2, Banjarmasin, on Sunday (19/1/2025). The event was held to commemorate the birthday of Dr. Ayu's two sons, Alif Barra and Juna Abinaya.
In the sermon attended by more than 1,500 orphans from 53 orphanages, UAS emphasized the importance of sharing as a form of gratitude. “Parents who want to be grateful for the blessings of children, birth, marriage, and any blessings, let those blessings be shared and felt by many, not just for flaunting wealth,” said UAS in front of the attendees.

This event also aims to inspire Dr. Ayu's children to grow into humble and generous individuals. “This is how I teach them to share, to live not hedonistically, and to remain humble,” said Dr. Ayu.
Interestingly, the choice of UAS as a speaker is also influenced by Dr. Ayu's children's love for UAS's lectures that they often watch on social media. This makes the sermon more touching and easier to accept.

UAS concluded his lecture with a prayer for Dr. Ayu's family. 'May the doctor and her husband be granted ease in their sustenance and be able to do more good,' he said.
The event ended with the distribution of assistance carried out directly by Dr. Ayu, accompanied by Barra and Juna. Thousands of orphans present received help with faces full of happiness, making this moment a true inspiration to share goodness.
