"He can no longer say that this is not my child, I have to do a DNA test first. It's too late. He has to take responsibility. If he dares to avoid it, then the criminal process is in front of him," said Rusdianto at his office in the Tebet area, some time ago.

Meanwhile, quoted from a statement on his YouTube channel, Ana Sofa Yuking feels suspicious about the decision of the High Court Judge that rejected Rezky Aditya's cassation appeal to the Supreme Court. Because there is no evidence showing a legal relationship between his client and Wenny Ariani.

"Our client's consideration in filing the cassation appeal at that time was how could the High Court Judge decide that the plaintiff's child is our client's biological child. However, there is no evidence showing any legal relationship between them. Even the existence of a biological relationship that can be proven with a DNA test has never been done," said Ana Sofa.

"In our view at that time, the High Court Judge has misapplied the law by disregarding the evidence and making a decision without basing it on facts and evidence. In our opinion, the decision of the High Court does not fulfill the sense of justice and legal certainty," added Ana Sofa.
