After Being Released, Ammar Zoni Chooses to Stay with His Father Who is Currently Ill

Kapanlagi.com - Ammar Zoni has officially been released from prison due to a drug case. After breathing the air of freedom, Ammar Zoni apparently now lives with his father. Because he wants to focus on taking care of his sick father.

“Right now, I'm with my father 24 hours, well not exactly, I divide my time, but I live with my father. Alhamdulillah (thankful), he is still able to walk although he has become thin,” said Ammar Zoni during a press conference in Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Monday (9/10).

1. Father Suffering from Serious Illness

However, Ammar Zoni cannot provide detailed information about the illness suffered by his father. He only said that his father is suffering from a quite serious illness, so he has to focus on taking care of his father.

"I ask for your prayers for the recovery of my father. He is currently my only father. Currently, I honestly focus on being with him, treating him. Because the illness he is suffering from is serious," he said.

2. Reclaiming Lost Time

After being released, the first person Ammar Zoni met was indeed his father. Then he met his wife Irish Bella and their two children. Ammar Zoni even picked up his child, Air Rumi Akbar, from school. He admitted that he wanted to reclaim the lost time with his family during the 7 months he spent in prison.

"I want to reclaim the time that I spent seven months ago, the time that I think I wasted a lot. Now I can see my child have a two-way conversation, there are so many changes in seven months," said Ammar Zoni.

"That is currently my priority, to reclaim time and also take care of my father. Because my father is currently sick, it is also a test for me. So I am the oldest child who has to be on standby to take care of my father," he concluded.
