After Being Summoned, Marissya Icha Challenges Rebecca Klopper's Ex-Boyfriend to Report to the Police

Through his lawyer, Rizky Pahlevi denied ever extorting or threatening to spread Rebecca Klopper's nude video from 2022. Marissya Icha, who admitted to receiving the summons, immediately handed over the matter to her lawyer, M. Ramzy.

"I have received the summons and I have given it to my lawyer," said Marissya Icha in Kebayoran, South Jakarta, on Monday (29/5).

"As an Indonesian citizen, anyone has the right to file a police report, but our client, my client Icha, feels that what was summoned is not true," said M. Ramzy.

1. Challenging Rizky Pahlevi to Report to the Police

Feeling unafraid and innocent, Marissya Icha challenged Rizky Pahlevi to file a police report.

"So, if RP wants to make a police report or consult with the South Jakarta Police, we will give him the widest possible opportunity to try to make a report to us. The police will be the one to assess the report," said M. Ramzy.

"Well, after making the report, I will leave it to the authorities to investigate and find out the truth. We have to file a police report first to find out if I am the one who is guilty. If I am guilty, then I apologize," said Marissya Icha.

2. Ready to be Summoned by the Police

Marissya Icha is also ready and cooperative if there is a call from the police regarding the continuation of the summons.

"Regarding the summons, let's just wait. If there is a police report, we are ready to come. If the police report is received and we receive an invitation for clarification, when has Marissya Icha not been cooperative," said M. Ramzy.

3. Perplexed by the Summons

Meanwhile, Marissya Icha also feels perplexed by the summons addressed to her. Why did Rizky Pahlevi's party attack her instead of focusing on the current case?

"So why did it come to me, why not just focus on the problem," concluded Marissya Icha.
