The signal of Olla Ramlan's decision to remove her hijab has been visible for some time. When attending Luna Maya's wedding in Bali, she appeared with a hijab that did not cover all of her hair and neck. Most recently, Olla appeared completely without a hijab in the soap opera TERLANJUR INDAH that aired on MDTV on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

The next shocking step came from Olla's personal Instagram account. She deleted almost all of her posts, especially those featuring her wearing a hijab. From hundreds of previous posts, only about 12 photos remain, most of which show moments with her children.
Not only did Olla delete her old photos, but she also changed her Instagram profile picture to a plain black color. This further emphasizes that Olla is in a new phase of life, possibly full of reflection. This action has sparked sympathy as well as curiosity from the public following her journey.

Out of the 12 photos remaining on her Instagram, only one clearly shows Olla Ramlan's face. That photo was uploaded on October 5, 2017, showing her pregnant with her third child while posing with her two children. In that photo, Olla was not yet wearing a hijab.
