Ahmad Dhani is Angry, Reports Psychologist Lita Gading Over Allegations of Bullying Against His Daughter

Shocking news comes from legendary musician Ahmad Dhani. Unwilling to accept that his daughter, Mulan Jameela, SA, has become a victim of bullying, Dhani officially reported psychologist Lita Gading to the Metro Jaya Police on Thursday (10/7/2025).

This legal action was taken in response to Lita Gading's social media post that was deemed to support bullying against SA. Ahmad Dhani, who arrived with his attorney, Aldwin Rahadian, considers this action a serious crime against a minor. Here are the details.

"We have reported earlier, the initials LG, because this is considered a serious crime. A crime against child exploitation, psychological violence," said Aldwin.

According to Ahmad Dhani's side, Lita Gading not only created a narrative that cornered him but also presented a portrait of SA in her content. This is considered a serious violation of the child's privacy rights, which should be protected from undue public scrutiny.

"Children have the right to privacy and should not be published through the media. Their photos should not be displayed, their names should not be brought into the media and stigmatized based on, for example, their parents' behavior. That is absolutely not allowed and is regulated by the Child Protection Law," explained Aldwin.

As a result of her actions, Lita Gading now has to face multiple charges. She is entangled with the Child Protection Law as well as the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law), with very serious penalties. "This is no joke, at least 5 (years in prison). So, this is a serious crime," Aldwin emphasized.

Ahmad Dhani himself showed great anger. According to him, until this report was made, there was no good faith or apology from Lita Gading. This made Dhani feel that strict action was the only way to go.

"He doesn’t feel guilty. So this is worthy of being arrested, worthy of being immediately put in prison, detained," Dhani emphasized in a high tone.

Dhani's side also regrets Lita Gading's actions, who incidentally has a higher education background in psychology. As an expert, she should better understand the psychological impact of bullying, especially targeting children.

"Hopefully this serves as a lesson for all of us, regardless of citizenship, to collectively protect the children of the nation, the children of Indonesia. Not just the children of Ahmad Dhani and Mulan Jameela, but we all protect minors, the children of Indonesia," Aldwin concluded.
