Already Reported to the Police, Isa Bajaj Upset with His Wife Experiencing Sexual Harassment

Kapanlagi.com - The wife of comedian Isa Bajaj, Rahayu Mutiara, experienced sexual harassment on Sunday (17/1/2021). There was an unknown man riding a motorcycle showing his genitals towards Rahayu. The incident started when Rahayu Mutiara was exercising in her complex.

"Yes, yesterday on Sunday when my wife was walking in the morning, there was an exhibitionist. So there was a man approaching her from the side. My wife usually greets the neighbors. They thought he was a neighbor, so they looked and saw that the guy was showing his genitals and playing with it," said Isa Bajaj on Trans TV, South Jakarta, Monday (18/1/2021).

1. Not Accompanying Wife

During the incident, Isa did not accompany Rahayu Mutiara for exercise. Isa admitted that he usually accompanies his wife for exercise around their complex. Clearly, the incident experienced by his wife made Isa angry towards the perpetrator.

"His response was very angry, immediately went to security. Usually, I accompany her every day, she does four laps every day, I do two laps and inform the children if they have woken up or not. So usually I accompany her, so it was just yesterday that I didn't accompany her," said Isa.

2. Report to the Police

As a result of the incident, Isa and Rahayu Mutiara have reported the perpetrator to the Duren Sawit East Jakarta Police Station.

"Yes, today we made an official report. The incident happened on Sunday, and on Monday the police asked us about the chronology and CCTV footage. Because they really need to check the license plate number and hopefully it's genuine, not fake," he said.

3. Investigation Stage

So far, the case of sexual harassment experienced by Rahayu Mutiara has entered the investigation stage.

"This is still under investigation, we already have a clear picture now, unlike before. We have reported it, hopefully the license plate is not fake," she concluded.
