Amanda Manopo's Complaints about Breaking Up with Christ Laurent After Almost 3 Years of Dating

Amanda admitted that there had been a conversation with Christ about taking the relationship to a more serious level. But fate had other plans.

"If we break up, the wedding plan fails. It has been a long time, since early 2020. It was a mutual agreement. Of course, if we have a relationship, it can't just be dating. We had discussions about wanting to be serious, and what we wanted in the future, so if we break up, the plans fail. The plan was to live together until later," said Amanda at the Trans TV building, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (22/4/2020).

1. No Longer Suitable

Amanda refuses to disclose the details of why she broke up with Chris. Essentially, there were differences in perspectives between them, which ultimately led to the end of their relationship.

"Well, I guess it's just not compatible anymore. We tried, but it seems that God has given him this path and me this path. Everyone makes mistakes, and we need to reflect on ourselves. Well, it turns out there's no way forward. What can you do?" Amanda continued.

Breaking up after being in a romantic relationship for 3 years surely leaves a deep wound. However, it seems that Amanda can accept this bitter reality very maturely.

"I don't need a long time (to move on). When it's over, it's over," Amanda concluded.
