Ammar Zoni reappeared at the Central Jakarta District Court to undergo trial for the alleged drug trafficking case on Thursday (19/2/2026). Ammar's presence this time coincided with the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan. Despite having to face complex legal issues, Ammar appears to be trying to stay strong.
After the trial, Ammar briefly spoke with the media about his condition. He expressed how he feels about fasting in such a difficult situation as now.

For him, this Ramadan presents a challenge that is very different from previous years. "Yes, Alhamdulillah, fasting today. This year's fasting is very heavy," said Ammar Zoni at the Central Jakarta District Court, Thursday (19/2/2026).
Ammar Zoni's attorney, Jon Mathias, also commented on his client's condition. He understands that the burden Ammar is carrying right now is indeed not easy, especially since he has to undergo trial during this month full of blessings.
"Well, if it's heavy, I think it's not really. Because maybe it's just facing the trial. In the past, during fasting, there were no trials," said Jon Mathias.
Jon also added a prayer that all the problems facing Ammar would soon find a bright spot. He hopes this Ramadan moment brings blessings for his client who is struggling to seek justice.
"Hopefully, he can fast smoothly. Right? They say prayers during worship are granted in this month of Ramadan. Hopefully, all problems will be resolved, right?" concluded Jon Mathias.
