Andre Taulany and Rina Nose Officially Reported for Allegedly Insulting the Latuconsina Family

Kapanlagi.com - Comedian Andre Taulany made a joke about the name Prilly Latuconsina that he directed towards Rina Nose, which had consequences. Although Prilly Latuconsina did not mind her name being joked about, it was not the same for other members of the Latuconsina family.

Yesterday, Monday (18/5), a man named Ruswan Latuconsina officially reported Andre and Rina to the police. As reported by Lambe Turah's post on Instagram, Ruswan filed a complaint against the two comedians for defamation through electronic media.

In report number LP/2880/V/YAN.2.3/2020/SPKT dated May 18, 2020, Ruswan officially reported only Andre and Rina. Although Sule was also present at the scene, this lawyer did not involve him.

The report was received by Polda Metro Jaya a day after Andre's show featuring Rina as a guest appeared on television. If proven guilty of violating Article 27 paragraph (3) Jo Article 45 paragraph (3) of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 19 Year 2016 concerning ITE and/or Article 310 of the KUHP, Rina and Andre could face imprisonment.

2. Prilly Forgives

Nevertheless, Prilly, whose name was mocked by Andre when giving a guess to Rina, felt it was not a problem. Prilly understood that it was just a joke, with no intention of disrespecting.
