"Well, how can it be amicable if there’s no lawsuit here?" he said after the hearing. He also added, "It’s been more than a year since they lived together."

2. Agreement on Child Matters

Although their marriage is in trouble, Andre and Erin have agreed on matters concerning their children. They will co-parent without any custody disputes.

"The kids sometimes stay with AT (Andre Taulany) and sometimes with RT (Erin), it's up to each of them since they are already grown up," Galih explained.

The first hearing itself was still discussing technical matters, namely the examination of administrative completeness. Erin did not attend the hearing.

"The hearing has been held for the examination of legality, and we were called, it just started. Coincidentally, the respondent is not present today. Not present in the sense that maybe they haven't arrived yet," Galih explained.

Andre chose not to attend the court directly and was only represented by his legal team.

"Oh, I don't really know. The last time he updated me, he was either out of town or abroad," Galih concluded.
