Andre Taulany Requires Antigen Swab for Guests Visiting His House During Eid

Kapanlagi.com - Comedian Andre Taulany is confirmed to celebrate Eid al-Fitr at his home with his extended family. The former vocalist of the music group Stinky said that on the day of the holiday, he will still hold an open house event. However, it is only intended for his extended family.

Because Eid al-Fitr is still in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Andre Taulany will implement strict health protocols. Guests who want to come to his house must undergo mandatory antigen swab tests.

"I don't have a hometown, so I celebrate Eid in Jakarta, so my house is always open. There are indeed family members and I do want to invite my extended family to my house with strict protocols. We want to implement health protocols even with our own relatives," said Andre Taulany on Trans TV, South Jakarta, Tuesday (5/5/2021).

"We're afraid that someone might be asymptomatic, so maybe when we gather, we'll do the antigen test first. It's not about arrogance, but to ensure the safety of everyone because my family includes many older people," Andre continued.

1. Special Food

Just like everyone else, Andre Taulany doesn't have any special food for Eid al-Fitr. What's important is that on that day there is one mandatory food, which is ketupat.

"There's usually no special food, just ketupat. I want ketupat with cireng inside but it's not possible," said Andre while laughing.

2. Prepare THR

In addition, Andre has also prepared a sum of money to be distributed to children and closest family members on Eid al-Fitr.
