Kapanlagi.com - The East Jakarta District Court held a trial for Dante's death case, the child of Angger Dimas and Tamara Tyasmara with defendant Yudha Arfandi on Thursday (11/7). In the trial, the judges responded to the letter submitted by Dante's father, Angger Dimas.
"We received a letter from Raden Angger Dimas, the parent of Dante," said the judge of the East Jakarta District Court in the courtroom.

The judges revealed that Angger requested the trial to be held openly. However, the Chief Judge explained that from the beginning, the trial has already been held openly.
"What we need to convey from the first trial on the 27th, the trial was conducted openly to the public," said the Chief Judge.
"Until last week, we gave the media the opportunity to hear the defendant's statement, until last week, we gave the media the opportunity," he added.
Furthermore, the Chief Judge stated that previously the panel of judges only requested that the media refrain from live broadcasting during the trial. This is because, he said, the trial is related to a child victim.
The judge then clarified that the court only requested the media to attach a permit to the public relations department if they wish to conduct a live broadcast.
"But it is clear that this trial is open to the public, and hopefully the parties involved can hear it," he concluded.
