Announcing the Birth of Their First Child, Syamsir Alam Cannot Hide His Happiness

Kapanlagi.com - Footballer Syamsir Alam and his wife, Bunga Jelitha, are currently overjoyed. This is because they have just been blessed with their first child, a baby girl named Akleema Regalo Zulaikha, on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at 2:20 PM WIB at RSIA Tambak, Manggarai, Central Jakarta.

After the birth, Syamsir Alam was given time and place to hold a press conference by the hospital.

"I initially didn't plan for a press conference, but RSIA Tambak provided this place because I thought it's not about me or Bunga, thank you very much for your attention," said Syamsir Alam when met at RSIA Tambak, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (7/1).

"In essence, alhamdulillah, I am happy that my first daughter was born without lacking anything. With the name Akleema Regalo Zulaikha," he continued.

1. Born by Caesarean Section

Syamsir Alam continued, the process of the birth of his first child was done by caesarean section. Initially, his wife wanted to give birth normally. However, due to the pandemic and for safety reasons, the doctor suggested a caesarean section. 

"Caesar. But initially, we really wanted a normal delivery, maybe the doctor said the pelvis was big, so the delivery would be easy, we planned for a normal delivery. Maybe if it wasn't a pandemic, I would wait for a normal delivery, but because of the pandemic, I feel more at ease if the baby is born soon," he said.

2. Tears of Joy

During the press conference, this 28-year-old man could not hide his happy expression after the birth of his first child. In fact, he admitted that when he saw the baby for the first time, he unconsciously shed tears of joy.

"How can I describe it? When I was beside my wife during the delivery, I couldn't look because it was covered like this (thigh) and I couldn't bear to see the rest. But when the doctor counted 1,2,3 and lifted the baby, I unconsciously cried because it felt extraordinary," he concluded.
