Arumi Bachsin Reveals Missing Being an Artist, Is Emil Dardak Prohibiting Her Career?

Nevertheless, Arumi enjoys her role as the wife of a politician with two children. When asked if she misses the entertainment world, this 27-year-old woman frankly admitted it.

"Sometimes I miss it. But the current task and accompanying Mas Emil is a noble job, so I just enjoy it. Alhamdulillah, I have been entrusted with the role of the PKK movement team in East Java province, so I meet SMEs and small business owners, the task is to improve the welfare of the community," said Arumi when met in the Kapten Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Monday (21/6/2021).

1. Prohibited for Husbands to Have a Career?

Many assume that Arumi Bachsin's resignation from the entertainment industry is due to Emil Dardak's request. However, this was quickly denied by the woman of Dutch, German, and Palembang mixed blood.

"Kang Emil supports (my activities in the entertainment world), he never prohibits it. Accompanying Mas Emil is my decision, because I see in politics that it's pitiful if not accompanied, and I can't handle a long-distance relationship. From the beginning, there has been no prohibition," she firmly stated.

2. Not Willing to Leave the Children for Long

Furthermore, Arumi Bachsin stated that she still accepts shooting offers. However, she chooses ones that can be done in Surabaya or have to go out of town but only for a week.

"There are still many (shooting offers). But since I'm in Surabaya, I'll only accept shooting there. It's pitiful to leave the children for a month, but a week is not a problem," she concluded.
