As the Champion of Indonesian Idol X, Lyodra Thanks Maia Estianty's Criticism

Becoming the champion of Indonesian Idol X, Lyodra expressed her happiness and gratitude. She also didn't forget to thank her family and supporters throughout this journey.

"Wow. Thank God, this is amazing, I'm so happy. This wouldn't have been possible without the support of my family and all my supporters throughout Indonesia who have always been with me from the beginning of the auditions until now as the winner of Indonesian Idol. Thank you very much," said Lyodra during a press conference after the Result & Reunion of Indonesian Idol X at Studio RCTI+, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, early Tuesday morning (3/3).

1. Thank You to the Judges

Lyodra's success in winning the title of Indonesian Idol X is also undoubtedly due to the input and criticism from the judges, namely Maia Estianty, Judika, Anang, Ari Lasso, and Bunga Citra Lestari. "Thank you to these amazing judges who have criticized me thoroughly from the beginning until the end," she said.

2. Always Remember Maia Estianty's Criticism

However, out of all the input and criticism from the judges, what Lyodra always remembers is Maia Estianty's words. She is grateful for all of Maia Estianty's criticism so far, as it has helped her perform better every week.

"Especially Maia, who always criticizes me and reminds me, I always hold onto her message until now. What I remember the most is when Maia said, 'Lyodra, you don't have emotions yet, you only rely on techniques,'" said Lyodra.

"So I know what things I need to improve, what things I need to maintain, and what things I need to add. All of that is because of the input from these amazing, extraordinary judges," she concluded.
