Ashanty Upset Aurel is Bullied with Inappropriate Words, Ruben Onsu: It Has Happened to Me Before

Kapanlagi.com - Ashanty once posted evidence of a chat from a hater's account accusing Aurel with inappropriate words. She conveyed this through Instagram, on Thursday (6/8/2020).

Initially, Ashanty wanted to report the account owner to the police but it was canceled because the perpetrator is still in elementary school. However, after the evidence spread, it was revealed that the perpetrator used someone else's photo. Not wanting to stay silent, Ashanty intends to find out who the person is that dares to defame her child.

"Yesterday, my child became a victim, it turns out the perpetrator's address is all correct, it's just not Aisyah... not Aisyah who lives in Medan!! Our team will continue to find out who the real perpetrator is claiming to be Aisyah," wrote Ashanty on Instagram Stories on Friday (7/8/2020).

What happened to Ashanty reached the ears of presenter Ruben Onsu. As a parent whose child has experienced something similar, he realizes the danger of the harsh words from netizens that are often written without much thought.

"It has happened to me before. I can feel how Ashanty feels as a mother when her child next to her is constantly being bullied even though the child did nothing wrong. The impact is dangerous, it can lead to loss of self-confidence and fear of meeting many people," Ruben said when met in the Kapten Tendean area, South Jakarta, Friday (7/8/2020).

Ruben Onsu also urges the public, especially parents, to know their child's social media password. So that any interaction they have can be checked.

"Parents must understand and not let their children be smarter than them. They should know their child's Instagram password in order to track their friendships or their environment that may not provide good learning," said the father of three children.
