Ashanty's Side Claims Ex-Employee 'Playing Victim', Displays Acknowledgment Letter for Embezzling 2 Billion Rupiah

Ashanty's side openly describes the narrative constructed by her former employee, Ayu Chairun Nurisa, as an extraordinary act of playing victim. To strengthen their rebuttal, Ashanty's team presented two written pieces of evidence that they claim will refute all of Ayu's allegations.

The first piece of evidence is a handwritten Asset Handover Report (BAST). The second, equally compelling, is a statement letter in which Ayu explicitly admits to embezzling company funds.

Ashanty's attorney, Indra Tarigan, stated that the allegations of usurpation and illegal access made by Ayu are slanderous and very damaging.

"This is an extraordinary case of playing the victim. It is very detrimental to the interests of Mrs. Ashanty and her family," emphasized Indra Tarigan at a press conference in the Radio Dalam area, South Jakarta, on Saturday (04/10/2025).

Indra then presented a statement document dated May 24, 2025, which contains Ayu's admission of her actions.

"If Mrs. Ayu's statement that she embezzled 2 billion is true, this exists. She has admitted to embezzling company funds of approximately 2 billion Rupiah," explained Indra while showing the document to the media crew.

Regarding the allegations of illegal access, Ashanty's side also denied it. According to them, the laptop and phone were voluntarily handed over by Ayu herself. At that time, Ayu was said to challenge the management to check her devices to prove she was innocent and accused others.

"The laptop and phone were indeed handed over by Mrs. Ayu to the management and Mrs. Ashanty. As if she did not commit embezzlement. She challenged, right?" said Indra.

With this strong evidence, Ashanty's side is confident that the police report made by Ayu at the South Jakarta Metro Police with report numbers LP/B/3440/IX/2025/SPKT and LP/B/3442/IX/2025/SPKT will not be proven.
