Aska Ongi Suspects Aliff Alli Faked Their Daughter's Birth Certificate

Kapanlagi.com - The latest development comes from a domestic violence case involving actor Aliff Alli against his former wife, Aska Ongi. This time it concerns their daughter's birth certificate, which is suspected to have been forged by Aliff.

The suspicion arose when Aska wanted to obtain a birth certificate for their child from the Civil Registry Office (Dukcapil) in South Jakarta, following the address on their ID card in October last year. However, she was rejected because the birth certificate had already been issued by Dukcapil in Central Jakarta.

"When we received the rejection, our client asked why, and we were informed that the birth certificate had been issued in Central Jakarta. However, our client has never lived there, never had an ID card from Central Jakarta, and never rented or leased a property in that area. So, it raises a big question, on what basis was the birth certificate issued there?" said Sunan Kalijaga, Aska's legal counsel, during an interview at Plaza Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Friday (29/5/2020).

1. Not Signing Documents

Furthermore, Aska Ongi admitted to never signing any documents until now. So the issuance of the child's birth certificate in Central Jakarta Civil Registry Office (Dukcapil Jakarta Pusat) has confused her.

"Our client has never signed any documents. This means that we suspect there is a forgery of documents, where the birth certificate was issued in Jakarta Pusat," added Agustinus Nahak, Aska's legal representative, when interviewed at the same place.

2. Already Reported to the Police

In addition to conducting investigations at the South Jakarta Civil Registry Office (Dukcapil Jakarta Selatan), Aska Ongi has also reported the alleged forgery of her child's birth certificate by Aliff Alli to the Metro Jaya Regional Police. This is to ensure that legal action can be taken if it is proven to have violated regulations.

"We have also filed a report with the Metro Jaya Regional Police to identify who created this certificate, so it can be clear," stated Agustinus.
