Asked whether she's more nervous about dueting with Ariel NOAH or Afgan, here's Rossa's answer

Kapanlagi.com - Rossa will perform a duet with Afgan and Ariel NOAH in her concert titled Rossa 25 Shining Years Concert which will be held at Istora Senayan on May 27, 2022. Ahead of the concert, Rossa has made various preparations.

"The preparation (for duet with Afgan and Ariel) is definitely a joint workshop. No need to ask when and where," said Rossa laughing when met at Wisma Barito Pacific II, West Jakarta, on Tuesday (17/5).

1. Never Duetted with Ariel Before

The singer of Tegar said that this will be her new experience because it will be her first time singing a duet with Ariel NOAH.

"Ariel and I have never duetted before, so it's a new introduction for me and I want to adapt to Ariel's nuances when singing Rossa's songs. What is the arrangement like? Mr. Dandy who is the music director has done a good job, whether Rossa goes NOAH-NOAHan or NOAH goes to Rossa," she said.

Later, they will each perform two songs. "Two songs with Ariel and two songs with Afgan. Ariel gets to choose which song he wants, and I choose the other one. I wonder how Ariel will sing. But we will practice well later," said Rossa.

2. The Challenge of Duet with Afgan

While singing with Afgan, Rossa did not find it difficult because they have often sung together. However, it also became a challenge because they wanted to give a different performance.

"If I'm with Afgan, it's also challenging because we've sung together so often, there's only one duet song, like Kamu Yang Kutunggu. But what else can we do? But I've managed to create a new nuance," explained Rossa.

3. Nervousness

Going to duet with a male singer who also has a good voice and is handsome, Rossa was asked by the media which one makes her more nervous, duet with Afgan or Ariel NOAH. Knowing that the question was quite tricky, Rossa could only laugh.

"Which way do you want me to twist? I'm more nervous waiting for when the tickets are sold out. Come on, next question, both are still not confirmed," she concluded.
