Atalarik Syach Relieved as Gono Tsania Marwa's Property Lawsuit is Rejected by the Court

Kapanlagi.com - After a year, the property dispute between Atalarik Syach and Tsania Marwa has finally come to an end. The Cibinong Religious Court has decided in favor of Atalarik Syach.

"After approximately 12 months of the property dispute between Atalarik and Tsania, it has been resolved," said Raff Sanja Halatta, Atalarik Syach's legal representative in the Bintaro area, South Jakarta, on Monday (5/4).

"The decision was issued by the Panel of Judges of the Cibinong Religious Court on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, through e-litigation or ecourt. Alhamdulillah, this long and exhausting trial process has been won by Atalarik Syach," he continued.

In the court decision, the judge only granted joint assets in the form of a Mercedes Benz car and a dining table set. Meanwhile, Tsania Marwa's lawsuit consisting of a house, shop, and a car worth Rp5 billion was rejected.

"In the judge's decision, it only determines joint assets between Atalarik Syach and Tsania Marwa, which is only one Mercedes Benz car and also one set of dining table equipment," explained Raff Sanja Halatta.

"Regarding Tsania's demand for the house and shop, it was not proven. The Mercy car and one set of dining table will be divided in half from the proceeds of this sale," he continued.

2. Atalarik Syach Relieved

Meanwhile, Atalarik Syach expressed relief with this decision. He also hoped that Tsania Marwa could accept this defeat.

"So, I am quite relieved. From the beginning, I said that I only wanted to defend my rights that I have had long before marriage, which are the house and shop," said Atalarik Syach.

"Hopefully, she (Tsania) can accept this, she also knows that. As for the rest, I am willing to let go of what she feels and brings. I also ask the plaintiff to be able to accept what has happened and what has been decided by the court," he concluded.
