Atta Halilintar invites his two daughters to find the best sacrificial animal ahead of this year's Idul Adha celebration. The husband of Aurel Hermansyah wants to instill values of care and the spirit of sharing in Ameena and Azura.
"We were hunting for goats and cows earlier. So I want to teach them about sacrifice from an early age. So they chose their own sacrifices. Ameena chose, Azura chose," said Atta Halilintar when met in the Mampang area, South Jakarta, on Monday (25/5/2026).
This 31-year-old actor and YouTuber allows his children to interact directly with the animals that will be sacrificed. A unique thing happened when Ameena started giving special nicknames to their chosen cows and goats.
"I don't know earlier, the cow was named Gabriel by her. The cow was named Gabriel, the goat was named Kiki, and the younger sibling named it Kancil, they all have different names," said the father of two children.
The eldest son of the Gen Halilintar family feels happy because his children do not show fear when they are in the pen. Ameena and Azura looked very enthusiastic about feeding the large animals. "Wow, I'm so happy, they are feeding the cow and the goat. That's why later, God willing, I want to teach them to share everything," he said.
Atta explained that this moment is very important for the children to understand the meaning of sacrifice before the day of slaughter arrives. He plans to bring the animals home so that they can be cared for temporarily by his daughters.
"The plan is for them to learn to take care of the goats first, giving the best for, uh, God," said this son-in-law of Anang Hermansyah.
The man whose full name is Muhammad Attamimi Halilintar emphasized that sharing sacrifices is one way to receive God's love. He hopes that Ameena and Azura grow up to be generous individuals who love all living beings.
"Because if we want to be, uh, loved by God, we have to love others first by sharing sacrifices," concluded Atta Halilintar.
