Attila Syach Reveals the Chronology of Alleged Kidnapping and Captivity of His Child Involving His Ex-Wife

The incident occurred while Kardin was swimming in the Bogor area, West Java, on December 13th. At that time, Attila Syach was not present at the location, and only the child's caregiver was there.

"According to the caregiver's story, a man picked up the child and threw her into the car. Remember, the child was thrown into the car," said Attila Syach, visibly emotional after undergoing examination at the Bogor Police Station, West Java, on Friday (15/12).

1. Former Wife Held Captive?

It is alleged that the individuals who abducted their child were acting on behalf of his former wife, Bunga Sophia. After the incident, Attila Syach immediately went to his ex-wife's house and indeed found his daughter there, although he was not allowed to enter the house.

"She was held captive at the house. Yes, at my ex-wife's house. Like I mentioned before, my son managed to break into the house, but was eventually kicked out by his mother and the people inside. We also have various video evidence that we may not be able to share yet. I only found out that my daughter was at my ex-wife's house. Because my son successfully broke in and confirmed that the car used to take (Kardin) and the people were there," he said.

2. Monitored by His Son

Since he couldn't enter his ex-wife's house, Attila Syach asked his son, Jaka, to monitor his younger sibling from a neighbor's house. Attila Syach was worried that Kardin would be taken away again.

"I left Jaka there. He will come home with his sibling. Thank God, the neighbor in front of the house treated us like family and allowed us to stay there. I'm worried that Kardin will be moved again, as we know it has been happening. So, just keep an eye on your sibling. Until this process can proceed properly with the involvement of the police and the KPAI (Indonesian Child Protection Commission), because I have already made a report," Attila Syach said.

3. Her Daughter Screams for Help

Attila Syach admitted to being very disappointed and angry with what his ex-wife did to their two children. Because Attila Syach knows that his daughter needs help because she is no longer comfortable living with her mother.

"It's like this, a mother if these are her children why treat the eldest child differently, one is 18 years old and the other is 10 years old. Why did I tell (Jaka) to go in, 'you're the heir, go in, it's not a problem, you have rights'. Especially a brother has the right to meet his sister. Especially when the sister screams, 'brother, brother, come get me, I want to get out of here', and there are many conversations via WhatsApp asking for help, 'I'm afraid of being dragged here'," he concluded.
