Banten High Court Decides Rezky Aditya as Biological Father of Wenny Ariani's Child

Kapanlagi.com - The Banten High Court has made a decision on the appeal filed by Wenny Ariani. According to the Banten High Court's decision, Rezky Aditya is the biological father of Naira Kaemita Sasmita or Kekey, Wenny Ariani's child.

"It has been decided. Alhamdulillah the judge granted our appeal. One of the verdicts states that Bu Wenny's child is the biological child of Rezky Aditya," said Ferry Aswan, Wenny Ariani's lawyer, when contacted by Kapan lagi. Com, Tuesday (24/5/2022).

According to Ferry Aswan, the decision has also been conveyed to Wenny Ariani. "Yes, of course she is very happy," he said.

Still according to Ferry, if Rezky Aditya does not accept the decision and requests a cassation, then Rezky must take a DNA test.

"Well, if he doesn't accept it, he has to be willing to take a DNA test," said Ferry.

As is known, Wenny Ariani's struggle to fight for her child Kekey's right to be recognized by Rezky Aditya by filing a lawsuit in the Tangerang District Court.

At the District Court level, the Judge made a decision to reject all of Wenny Ariani's lawsuits against Rezky Aditya on February 3, 2022.

Previously, Wenny admitted that she was well aware that having sexual relations outside of marriage was a mistake. However, the child born from that relationship cannot be blamed and must not be abandoned by their parents.

"The basis for my move is the revised marriage law, which states that 'I forgot'. But the point is that every child born out of wedlock has civil rights not only with their biological mother but also with their biological father, which can only be proven by DNA testing. That's why I'm fighting," said Wenny.

4. The Child Has Rights

Wenny Ariani revealed that her child has their own strength outside of their parents. Then, they also have the right as a citizen to demand it all.

"In my opinion, none of us are ever free from mistakes, everyone has their own faults, but can't those mistakes be fixed? Because those mistakes were made by both parents, my child is not guilty," said Wenny.
