Banten High Court Declares Rezky Aditya as the Biological Father of Wenny Ariani's Child, Here's the Verdict

The case was decided by the Chief Justice Solahuddin SH MH along with members Viktor Jagoto SH MH and Immanuel Sembiring SH.

Based on the Supreme Court website, in the case of the appeal of the unlawful act with plaintiff Wenny Ariani and defendant Rezky Aditya, the Panel of Judges declared that Rezky Aditya had committed an unlawful act and declared Rezky as the biological father of Wenny Ariani's child named Naira Kaemita Tarekat.

In the main case, canceling the decision of the Tangerang District Court NO.746/PDT.G/2021/PN TNG.

By judging on its own:

1. Accepting the plaintiff's/appellant's lawsuit in part

2. Stating that the defendant/respondent has committed an illegal act.

3. Stating that a woman named Naira Kaemita Tarekat, born in Jakarta on March 3, 2013, according to the birth certificate citation from the South Jakarta civil registry and civil registration office No. 3174 LT-15032016-0133 dated December 6, 2016, is the biological child of the defendant/respondent as long as the defendant/respondent cannot prove otherwise.

4. Rejecting the plaintiff's/appellant's remaining lawsuit.

5. Sentencing the Respondent/Defendant to pay the case fee for the appeal level of Rp150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).
