Beautiful Singer Sherry Jolieca Gets New Experiences and Lessons After Visiting Mbah Priok's Grave

Kapanlagi.com - Last April 19, 2021, the beautiful singer Sherry Jolieca was found visiting the grave of Habib Hasan Alhaddad, also known as Mbah Priok. After some investigation, it turns out that the singer, who had participated in a closed audition for SM Entertainment, aimed to perform remembrance and prayers for the figure known as one of the ulama or saints.

Sherry admitted that her heart became more peaceful after visiting Mbah Priok's grave. Moreover, Sherry also received prayers from one of the habib who happened to be there.

"I was prayed for during the pilgrimage. So, I felt more peaceful and felt like I received blessings. The place is also calming," said Sherry Jolieca to the media on Saturday (1/5).

During the pilgrimage, Sherry also gained various new experiences and knowledge. She learned about the life history up to the last moments of a legendary figure, Mbah Priok.

"I gained knowledge that I had never learned before. The fences were told to me by the people there, they were told where the sacred places were. I was also told about the history of Mbah Priok. He passed away in the middle of the sea while spreading the teachings of Islam. He was accompanied by dolphins to the shore and buried," added Sherry Jolieca.

2. Targeting Visits to the Tombs of the Wali Songo

Sherry admitted that she had not often visited religious figures before. However, since her visit to the tomb of Mbah Priok, she became interested in visiting the tombs of other ulama while also engaging in religious tourism. Her target is to visit the tombs of the 9 Wali or Wali Songo, important figures behind the spread of Islam in Indonesia.

"I enjoy religious tourism. Besides reciting prayers and supplications, I can also learn about their history," concluded Sherry.
