Online prostitution involving a series of artist names is still a hot topic of discussion. From this case, many stars have been correctly declared involved, while some have had to face the consequences of false rumors. The same goes for Beby Shu who drew attention because her initials were mentioned in a prostitution network. Giving a denial and clarification, Beby was invited to be a guest star on a television show.
Provide rebuttal and clarification regarding his involvement in the online prostitution case, Beby Shu had been a guest on the television show Rumi. In the show, Beby mentioned that the circulating rumors are not true.
Met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Friday (18/1), Beby herself appeared wearing a black velvet top combined with a pastel blue long skirt and a trendy sling bag.
In addition to sharing her story on the television show, Beby Shu also had a conversation with the media. The celebrity influencer admitted to being shocked when her name was associated with the online prostitution case.
"Heard it, I was definitely shocked. Because Beby doesn't feel involved in this matter. And it's far-fetched to be involved in this case. Beby hopes that this case will be resolved quickly," said Beby Shu.
The police did release some initials of artists involved in the case. Among them is BS, unfortunately associated with the name Beby Shu. She just resigned herself to her Instagram account being filled with insults.
"At first, I didn't believe it, I was unsure. BS could be anyone because there are many initials. But the writing of Beby Shu is wrong. The E and A are wrong. Beby is not sure if it's me. Until there was a photo that showed it was me. (The photo) was from the media and the police have also shown photos," she explained.
Because of the incident, Beby admitted that she felt greatly disadvantaged. She has received unpleasant accusations from netizens without knowing the truth.
"If it's for harm, it's already certain because people are insulting Beby and judging that Beby is not good even though people don't know where the truth is and feel disadvantaged," he said.
