Becoming a Victim of Vulgar Edited Photos When I Was Young, Naura Ayu Questions How She Could Be Strong - Now More Sensitive

As a public figure, there are certainly many portraits of herself circulating. Naura was surprised to find out how strong she was back then when she found out that those photos were edited to be indecent.

"When I flashback to when I was young, I realize that my life was no longer normal. When I flashback, why was I strong back then when I was treated like that? Why did I often receive verbal abuse and indecent photos," said Naura when met in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, recently.

1. Victim of Vulgar Edited Photos

Naura Ayu is the type of person who rarely talks about herself on social media. However, she used to often find her childhood photos being edited into vulgar images, based on reports from fans and friends.

"I see edited photos or stories that I don't want to read, and I receive reports from friends, especially from fans. Sometimes, I can't help but wonder, I know that I can take care of myself well, but it's just sad (that they're edited)," said Naura.

2. Admitting Not as Strong as Before

Now that she has grown up, Naura Ayu admits that she is not as strong as before. This sensitivity seems to be related to hormones.

"When I was eight years old, why was I strong? But now, when I receive comments, it makes me sad and think. Sometimes, something that I didn't care about before, when I remember it, I don't think you deserve all you're thinking of cause you're just a little girl," said the eldest of four siblings.
