Before Eril's Body was Found, His Grandmother Entrusted a Shroud to Ridwan Kamil for Her Grandson

Kapanlagi.com - Tjutju Sukaesih, the mother of Ridwan Kamil and the grandmother of Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz, revealed the prayer she made for her grandson. She revealed this during Eril's funeral procession in Cimaung, Bandung Regency, West Java, on Monday afternoon (13/6).

During the event, Tjutju said that while Eril was still missing in the Aare River, she always prayed and hoped that he would surface. She pleaded with Allah that her grandson's body could be buried in Indonesia.

"I am the grandmother of Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz, Eril. Alhamdulillah, Ya Allah, I hope and pray that Eril will surface. Because he was born on the American continent and this incident happened on the European continent," Tjutju said.

"And his fate is as we have witnessed. But I request, I say, he can be buried in Asia, in Indonesia specifically," she continued.

Her prayer has now come true, as Eril's body has finally been found. Her grandson has now been buried in Indonesia, in his mother's hometown of Cimaung, Bandung Regency.

2. Prayer Answered

"And now we witness the place where Eril was buried, and we pray for everything, and that's what I want to convey. That my prayer has been answered," he said.

In addition, Tjutju said that she had entrusted a shroud to Ridwan Kamil while in Switzerland specifically for the purpose of shrouding her grandson's body. She said that Eril's departure was a lesson for her as a grandmother that she may not be able to do what Eril did during his lifetime.

"I entrusted a shroud to my son while in Switzerland to shroud Eril. Alhamdulillah it was a lesson for me as his grandmother, that I may not be like what Eril did. Please pray that we all learn from what Eril did," she concluded.
