Indra Bekti shared that during their last meeting, Soebronto Laras was in good health and fit. This condition shocked and saddened him because his foster father has now left this world.

"We met earlier this month. I really didn't expect it. I mean, he was still healthy when we met, we were still talking," said Indra Bekti at Karet Bivak Cemetery, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (21/9/2023).

1. Characteristics of the Adopted Father

Indra Bekti also revealed the sensitive nature and personality of the deceased. Soebronto Laras often cried when watching movies or other sad events, and he was known as a person who liked to help others.

"He was very sad. My father was quite sensitive when it came to things, he could cry when watching movies or anything. He was generous and helpful. Truly extraordinary," said Indra Bekti.

Bekti also shared their last moments together. At that time, the deceased was wearing shorts and warmly embraced Indra Bekti. They even took a photo together as a memento.

At that time, he wore shorts and immediately hugged me with his cane. We took a photo together, sitting next to each other," he said.

One of the final messages remembered by Indra Bekti from the deceased was a request for his relationship with Aldila to always be happy and lasting.

"Yeah, the most important thing is for us to be 'happy and lasting'," he said.

In the same opportunity, Indra Bekti prayed for the deceased to be accepted in the presence of God Almighty. He also expressed hope that the family left behind would be given strength to face this loss.

"May the deceased find the best place in the presence of Allah SWT. May the family left behind be given strength," concluded Indra Bekti.
