Davina Shava Felisa, the eldest daughter of Mona Ratuliu and Indra Brasco, who often advocates for mental health awareness, recently shared her personal experience of struggling with depression. It is known that the girl, who is affectionately called Mima Shafa, had attempted suicide at the age of 19. Find out more in the following photo slide.

Pursuing an education as a psychology student actively educating about mental health awareness, it turns out Mima Shafa still experiences difficult times.

Through reels posts on Instagram, Mima reveals the period when she struggled with depression that made her want to end her life.

Not only crying for days until her eyes were swollen, Mima was also taken to the hospital for attempting suicide.

"July 2022 is an important time for me during my 19 years of life. I survived. I wouldn't be able to know myself better if I didn't survive," she said.

Not only sharing experiences, Mima also conveyed to mental health warriors to keep going because, "there will definitely be answers to all the questions you have."

She also advised mental health warriors to slowly tell and inform trusted people about the situation they are facing and not be afraid to seek help.

Not forgetting, Mima also expressed her gratitude to the people who have supported and loved her, and made her survive this far.
