Being a Suspect, Kris Hatta Undergoes Examination at the Jakarta Metro Police

"It's normal, it's part of the legal process. Anyone who is reported can become a suspect and then become a defendant. Let my lawyers who are working hard handle it so that nothing unwanted happens," he concluded.

"Regarding the case of Kriss Hatta being declared a suspect, the investigator informed us on the 9th yesterday. As for the BAP (interrogation report), it was originally scheduled for Wednesday but we rescheduled it for next Monday," he said.

The issue between Kris, Billy, and Hilda is indeed becoming more complicated. Both parties have reported each other to the police. Kris himself has now been declared a suspect. So, what is his response to this?

"I forgot how many questions there were, but the investigator asked, when did you commit adultery? How did you find out about Billy and Hilda's marriage? Then there are also two witnesses who know very well and I have presented them in court," he said.

Kris Hatta has just completed the BAP agenda for the adultery case. "Our report is related to Article 28 of adultery involving Hilda Vitria and Billy Syahputra," he said. The man admitted to being asked several questions during the investigation.

On Monday (11/12) around 15.50 WIB, Kris Hatta accompanied by his legal team attended the Metro Jaya Police. After undergoing examination, the man also spoke about his arrival to the media.
