Being the Backbone of the Family, Millendaru Never Uses Money from Work for Pleasure

Kapanlagi.com - The life of Millen Cyrus or also known as Millendaru seems to never escape the spotlight. After previously revealing facts about his personal life, Millen again revealed some interesting facts about his life.

Together with Deddy Corbuzier, Millen talked about his past, which turned out to be not as glamorous as people imagined. He admitted to being at the lowest point in terms of economy when his father was cheated out of billions.

"I once lived with 5 family members, dad, me, my younger sibling, mom, and older sibling in a very small rented house when dad was cheated by someone. Even though my dad's family was there, I felt sad looking at it," explained Millen as quoted from Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube account, (5/2).

1. Still Renting House

During that difficult time, Millen and her family didn't even have a place to live. The house she currently lives in is still acknowledged by Millen as a rented property. Her role also changed to become the backbone of the family when her father had to leave forever.

"We used to not have a house, we rented. Even until now, I am still the backbone since my father passed away. The current house is also rented, I pay for it, still," she said.

2. Always Prioritize Family

That bitter experience is what makes Millendaru always prioritize the interests of her family above everything else. She even doesn't want to use the money from her hard work just for fun. "Whenever I work, I always give the money to my family first, even until now. Whatever it is, I always do it for my family," Millen said.

"I never want the money to be used for happy-happy things like getting drunk, or whatever it is, I never use the money (from work) for that. So I always earn money for my family, for my sibling's education, and others. The remaining money is for my own needs," she continued.

3. Don't Want to Be Arrogant

Life lessons in the past seem to have become precious moments for Millendaru. Having experienced how unpleasant it is to be below also made Millen finally not want to be a arrogant person.

"That's why I am not arrogant towards everyone because I know what it feels like when you are below, and what it feels like when you are on top," he said.
