Actor Ben Kasyafani is currently mourning. His father, named Ashar Budiman, was confirmed to have passed away on Tuesday night (29/11/2022).
Ashar Budiman took his last breath at RS Pondok Indah Bintaro at around 20:25 WIB. Ben received the news of this loss while he was on a shooting location.
According to Ben Kasyafani's account, his beloved father suffered from kidney failure and stroke. His condition had been deteriorating since noon before he was pronounced dead.
On Wednesday morning (30/11), Ben Kasyafani uploaded a series of memories with his late father. Not only that, the former husband of Marshanda also wrote a touching caption.Â
During his lifetime, Ben mentioned that his father often talked to him while drinking coffee or having chicken porridge in the morning. The conversation was related to politics.Â
Ben then wrote his impression of his father, who always set a good example for him during his lifetime.Â
"Missing is the most spoken word. When we talk about dad. More advice without words. Just actions and attitudes that stick," Ben wrote.Â
"This morning we pray, for him to reside in heaven. We love you opap," concluded Ben Kasyafani.

Ashar Budiman's body will be bathed on Wednesday (30/11/2022) at eight in the morning at his residence and attended by immediate family. The funeral will take place at Tanah Kusir Cemetery, South Jakarta, after the Dhuhr prayer.
