This is the first time Bernadya has received such a prestigious award, and she couldn't hold back tears when her name was announced as the winner. “Yes, I am very sad, I mean touched because this is the first time I have received the AMI Awards and quite a lot,” said Bernadya as quoted by Kompascom, on Wednesday (4/12/2024).
Bernadya successfully brought home 3 trophies, truly an extraordinary achievement from the singer of the song Satu Bulan. This emotional moment made Bernadya not only feel proud but also reminded her of all the hard work she has gone through.
“I believe the efforts made by all musicians are equally great. But for me personally, what I experienced this past year is quite a lot. I feel very... I don’t know, that experience makes me remember. I cried on stage,” said Bernadya.
This 20-year-old singer won an award for Best Album for the album SIALNYA, HIDUP HARUS TETAP BERJALAN. Then, she also brought home the Best Pop Album award for the same album.
Not to be missed, Bernadya won the Best Pop Song Creator category. This achievement is truly well-deserved. Bernadya's works always manage to hypnotize the listeners.
With this achievement, Bernadya shows that hard work and dedication in music can yield extraordinary results, while also inspiring many other young musicians in Indonesia.
