Bigmo and Resbob Face 4 Years in Prison Over Azizah Salsha Case

The legal process against Bigmo and Resbob based on the report from Azizah Salsha continues at the Bareskrim Polri. After officially being named suspects, these two men now face a serious threat of imprisonment according to the ITE Law.

Azizah Salsha's attorney, Anandya Dipo Pratama, revealed the latest developments regarding the technical examination of the suspects. Considering one of the suspects is currently detained for another case, the Bareskrim will conduct an on-site examination.

"Tomorrow is also the 10th, the Criminal Investigation Agency will examine Resbob at the West Java Police detention center," said Ananda Dipo Pratama at the Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police, Friday (3/6/2026).

Regarding the detention status for this report by Azizah, the legal counsel fully submits to the authority of the investigator. However, he assures that the case files will continue to be pushed until they reach the court or trial.

"Well, that will be the authority of the Criminal Investigation Agency. In the future, perhaps Bigmo will be summoned and the process will continue to the trial," he said.

Azizah's legal team also presented official documents from the police that establish the legal status of the two reported individuals. In the document, the points of investigation have been fulfilled to elevate their status.

"At point B, the status as a suspect has been established for Muhammad Jannah alias Bigmo and Brother Adimas Firdaus Resbob. It has been done," he stated while showing the SP2HP.

This case is also threatened to take a long time for both suspects. If proven guilty in court later, a prison sentence of several years awaits them.

Resbob and Bigmo now face a prison sentence of 4 years for the case of Azizah Salsha. "A maximum of 4 years," he said.
