Blusukan, Sahrul Gunawan Visits Residents in Self-Isolation While Distributing Rice

Recently, Sahrul and several teams from the Deputy Regent of Bandung visited residents who were undergoing self-isolation at home. They didn't come empty-handed, as they distributed some basic necessities such as rice to residents who were undergoing self-isolation at home.

"Visiting several residents who are currently self-isolating at home and providing assistance in two districts, namely in Cangkuang and Cileunyi Districts, accompanied by the local district heads," Sahrul Gunawan wrote on his Instagram.

Furthermore, Sahrul Gunawan also revealed that the Bandung Regency government is currently making efforts to continue providing attention to all residents of Bandung.

"Currently, the #kabupatenbandung government continues to pay attention to all elements of society affected by the pandemic, and hopes that the target set by the central government for the aid to be received by the community can be achieved," he added.

On the other hand, some netizens also criticize the close proximity between Sahrul Gunawan and the residents. Moreover, in a pandemic like this, maintaining distance is one of the mandatory health protocols.

On the other hand, Sahrul Gunawan's visits to several places have also caused crowds. Quoting from inews, Sahrul Gunawan's arrival was immediately welcomed by mothers and local officials who wanted to take selfies together.
